Chai masala is an easy to make masala powder where selected Indian spices are mixed together to give the usual tea a distinct flavor. Masala Chai is a popular hot beverage across India. This masala can be stored in an air tight container for a couple of months.
Ingredients:
4 Masala Cardamom
7-8 Cloves
10-12 Black Pepper
50 gms Dry Ginger Powder (Sunth Powder)
Method:
- In a small vessel dry roast masala cardamom, cloves and black pepper.
- Grind it coarsely.
- Add this ground masala to dry ginger powder. Mix well.
- Chai Masala is ready to be used.
